Alternatively you can apply via post by sending a physical form to Building Control, Havant Borough Council, Public Service Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant, PO9 2AX.
You will also need to pay a fee with your application. Details of your proposed works may need to be supplied for us to provide you with a price.
Payments can be made by phone using a card and calling 023 9244 6015.
Alternatively you can send a cheque payable to Havant Borough Council to the above address.
The price for the service depends on the date you submit the application.
