New finance system coming
Havant Borough Council will be moving to a new finance system from 1 April 2025.
Due to this change, we will not be able to accept any payments between 6 pm on Monday 31 March and 12 noon on Tuesday 1 April while we move to the new system. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
