CELT plan and deliver engineering and landscape designs both within Havant and further afield. The team has been completing developments such as town centre enhancements, cycleways, art features, and drainage solutions for over 40 years.
Projects that take place outside of the Borough help to generate external income and support the work that the council delivers.
Working alongside planning and highways teams, and the Authority’s contractor, CELT implement and maintain standards of engineering for the Borough.
They help to source funding opportunities to enhance the public realm and landscape, which has led to infrastructure and environment improvements for businesses, residents, and tourists.
CELT is involved with projects large and small, from start to finish. These include; feasibility studies, design specifications, and stakeholder consultations to tendering, project management and asset maintenance.
The team are also involved with the planning process through the provision of landscape related consultation responses and expert witness material for planning applications and appeals.
