If you are making a complaint, the Council shall endeavour to respond to your report within 10 working days. All complaints are investigated by a Licensing Officer, who may contact you for additional information, dashcam footage and/or a witness statement. The Council requires that complaints are submitted in writing for evidential purposes.
Please note that any reports of dangerous driving, road traffic offences, or supplying dashcam footage to support a police investigation should be directed to the Police. You can report crimes that are not urgent or ongoing via 101 or online at https://www.hampshire.police.uk/
