Report an accident in your licensed taxi or private hire vehicle

This form is intended for use by vehicle proprietors, who have either a taxi or private hire vehicle licensed by Havant Borough Council, to notify the Council of an accident in their vehicle.

Where a taxi or private hire vehicle has been involved in an accident, or damaged in such a way that causes it to breach vehicle conditions, the vehicle proprietor shall notify the Council within 72 hours of such accident or damage.

Once you have completed the information below and submitted your form, it will be passed to the Licensing Team for processing.
