  • Application for a New (Combined) Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence
  • Application for a New Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle Licence
  • Application for a New Private Hire Operator’s Licence

Once you have completed the information below and submitted your form, your request will be passed to the Licensing Team for processing. Applications packs are sent out via post on a weekly basis.
