Active Wellbeing

Our Active Wellbeing project is live and we want to hear from you!

Active can mean different things to different people - age and ability are no barrier here and everyone is welcome, from those who take part in a sport, are planning their next run or are simply happy to make it up the stairs without losing their breath!

Tell us what you enjoy doing to be active, what stops you from being as active as you’d like to be and what would make it easier.
