Residents are being asked to share their views on how to improve their local play areas.
Subject to funding, the facilities at Scratchface Lane, Havant, are set to be improved, as part of Havant Borough Council's comprehensive programme of play area refurbishment
The consultation for the Scratchface Lane play area in Havant begins on Wednesday 31 January and will run until Wednesday 28 February. During this time, residents will be able to have their say on what equipment they would like in order to make the play area fun, challenging and stimulating.
Councillor Gwen Robinson, Deputy Leader of Havant Borough Council, says “Outdoor play is great for children’s wellbeing and development. I am really pleased to see that local play areas are getting the attention they deserve, and children will be able to enjoy the new facilities.
“I urge residents to take part in the consultation so they can contribute to the design of their local play area and make it the best it can be for future generations.”
Alongside Scratchface Lane, you can also take part in another consultation for Avenue Road, Hayling Island, PO11 0LY.
