Havant Borough Council has introduced a new customer portal that saves you time.
Picture this; you get home from work, your bin collection was missed, but the council office is now closed. No worries, login to our online customer portal, report the missed collection in a matter of minutes and move on with your evening. Problem solved!
The portal is open for customers to report any missed waste collections, check their bin collection calendar and subscribe to garden waste collections.
Since launching our online customer portal for waste services, we have had an increase in residents moving online.
Councillor Paul Gray, Cabinet Lead for Commercial & Chairman of Licensing Committee, said: “Waste collection is an everyday kind of task for the council, but it doesn’t need to take a lot of time for our residents. By using the online customer portal, our residents can find out information and report issues to us quickly and efficiently. It’s a win, win.”

Please note missed bin collections must be reported by 4pm on the next working day for he crews to return and complete the collection.
