Signing up now for your garden waste collection subscription is unbe-leaf-ably easy using our new customer portal.
The new portal allows customers to manage their subscription, view their collection day and to report any missed waste collections.
Letters have been sent to current garden waste subscribers to allow them to sign-up for the next year and set-up their own account.
Each customer account on the portal can manage up to three subscriptions at a time.
Councillor Paul Gray, Cabinet Lead for Commercial & Chairman of Licensing Committee, said: “We are so pleased to be providing this self-service option to our residents, enabling them to manage their own account quickly and efficiently and whenever works best for them.”
