Householder applications
These forms are for householders who wish to seek permission for an extension, conservatory, porch, dormer windows, garage, outbuilding, walls, and alterations to access. These forms cannot be used for flats or non-residential premises.

This form is for applicants who wish to seek consent for interior or exterior alterations to Listed Buildings or relevant demolition of an unlisted building in a Conservation Area.
These application forms relate solely to those activities which DO NOT include development requiring further planning permission, if this is the case, please use the joint application form as applicable.

This form is for permission to display advert signs/banners on a property or in the street.

These applications are to ascertain whether the use is, or would be, lawful for planning control purposes.
