Supporting Waterlooville residents with easy access to their town centre shops, Havant Borough Council has introduced a selection of 30 minute parking bays in Wellington Way car park, Waterlooville, PO7 7ED.

The available sites can be seen here. There is no need to buy a parking ticket, and you may return to the 30 minute parking bays after one hour.
