Bus service 25 meets some crossings of the ferry at the Portsmouth side. The nearest public transport connection on the Hayling side is at Staunton Avenue, approximately 1 mile to the east of the ferry terminal.
The Hayling ferry operates between Ferry Point at the south west corner of Hayling Island, linking to Eastney in Portsmouth.
It operates daily at regular intervals with a crossing time of only 5 minutes, and can save you a long drive into Portsmouth via Havant.
