What do I use the customer portal for?
You can manage your garden waste subscription, view your calendar for all your scheduled waste collections and report missed bins.
What happens if I am unable to confirm my email address?
Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder for your confirmation email.
Please ensure you have entered the correct email address.
How can I update my premises address?
You can update your address in the ‘manage my premises section’. You can manage up to three properties.
How can I check my waste collection dates?
After registering your property, click on ‘my services’ to view your scheduled collection calendar for all waste services.
How do I report a missed bin?
You will need to report a missed bin by 4pm the following working day of your scheduled collection.
To report a missed bin, you will need to select the scheduled collection within the calendar that has been missed. If the status of the collection is ‘closed-complete’ and no problem has been logged by the crew, you can log a missed bin. Please select ‘problem issue’ and select ‘bin not emptied’. Once confirmed you will be advised that the missed bin has been reported. Please leave your bin presented at the kerbside of your property and the crew will aim to return within two working days.
If the status of the collection shows as ‘not started’ your collection hasn’t yet been attempted and therefore you are not able to log a missed bin. Please check the status of the collection again later. If your collection has been rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances this will be reflected within your collection calendar to show your new scheduled collection day.
If the crew have attempted to empty your bin but were unable to. The message shown under ‘problem with your collection’ will advise you of this. This will mean you are unable to report a missed bin.
If you attempt to report a missed bin after 4pm the following working day a message will appear under ‘problem with your collection’ advising, you that it is too late to report a missed bin.
Sign up to the garden waste service.
To sign up for the garden waste service for 2025/26. Please register your property. Please then select ‘view services’. To sign up for 2025/26 you will need to select ‘subscribe’. Please follow on screen instructions on how to subscribe. Once you have gone through the necessary steps and made your payment you will receive a confirmation email.
Your first scheduled garden waste collection may take up to 48 hours from payment to appear within your collection calendar. The service for 2025/26 commences on 1 April 2025.
